Dynamic Elements for Data Entry

In this demo we will continue to expand the Application we made in Tutes.
We will extended the User class that we made in the last demo so that we can collect more information about our user. We will then add the necessary Dynamic elements to Main.wo so that we can enter this information. This will also demostrate the use of some of the elements listed above.
